In the Master full bath is a quartz top double sink vanity, a California walk-in closet, full length mirrors, and a spa-like tiled shower. The guest full bath has a over-sized soaking tub & shower combo.

Forget about needing a rental car! Pier House 402 is unbelievably conveniently located. The Original Crabby Bill's seafood restaurant is right across the street as is a coffee shop, a bakery, and an ice cream shop. CVS pharmacy, Slyce Pizza, Kooky Coconut (Cuban sandwiches, oh yeah!), Anecdote micro-brewery tap room, JD's Restaurant & Lounge, VIP Mexican, PJ's Oyster Bar, Jake's Coastal Cantina, Guilty Sea Sports Bar, and Villa Gallace (Italian fine dining) and more are all within 3 blocks of your door with others just a few blocks further (ie. outdoor dining at Guppy's). Kick back with your favorite beverage and enjoy live entertainment at your choice of several of these fine establishments. Disney is only about 2 hours and Busch Gardens just 60 minutes away. St. Petersburg - Clearwater Airport (PIE) is a simple & easy 13 mile ride which takes only 30 minutes to make the trip. Still need more? Hop on the Suncoast Beach Trolley that runs daily from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach (click here for more info) which stops right out front every 20-30 minutes - perhaps the best kept $2.25 secret on the coast.
Nightly rates vary between different periods of the year but are also influenced by the length of your stay. The full month stay nightly rate is less than the nightly rate for a 21 night stay which is than the nightly rate of a 14 night stay.
NO booking fees - unlike most other vacation rental sites (ie. VRBO). Send us your preferred dates & we would be glad to verify availability and email you a detailed quote. Our "Contact Us" page is a handy way for you to get in touch with us.
A booking deposit is required at signing but is fully refundable (less a $200 administrative fee) if the reservation is made directly thru us and is cancelled before 60 days prior to the start of your stay. No refunds less than 60 days before your stay. We highly recommend travel insurance as, besides hurricanes, life happens - you just never know!
The minimum rental period is 14 nights, usually but not always, from Saturday to Saturday. Check-In is after 4pm and Check-Out is before 10am. A mandatory cleaning fee of $250 will apply.
Please note our unit is not children friendly. At least one person must be 25 years of age. Sorry, no pets are allowed. No smoking or vaping which includes on the balcony. No events are allowed. A refundable security deposit of $500 is collected and held until an inspection is completed following checkout to verify no damage occurred.
